How to ask well — 30 seconds

In your own mind, lay out the whole situation first — the context, the stakes, what brought you here. The question that remains after the full story is the one worth writing.

“I'm at a crossroads between staying in my career and starting something new. I'm tired but afraid of losing stability. What does this moment ask of me?”

Instead of “Should I leave my job?” — describe the crossroads and what each path means to you.

Three numbers — whatever comes to mind.
Any whole numbers, any size. The first that come to you are the right ones. Together they select a unique pattern for your situation.

Sincerity ask only if you mean it Clean intent clarity, never harm Real uncertainty not a verdict you've already reached

Before you ask

Three questions to sit with first:

Sincerity Are you genuinely asking, or just curious? If your heart isn’t in it — wait.
Justice Is this for clarity or for harm? If the intent isn’t clean — don’t.
Uncertainty Do you genuinely not know the answer? If you’ve already decided — you don’t need this.

How to ask well

Before you type, pause. In your own mind, lay out the situation for the universe — the context, the stakes, what brought you here, what you already know and what you don’t. The question you write down should be the one that remains after you’ve told the full story.

Better questions

  • “I’m at a crossroads between staying in my career and starting something new. I’m tired but afraid of losing stability. What does this moment ask of me?”
  • “I’ve been feeling distant from my partner for months. I don’t know if this is a rough patch or something deeper.”
  • “I want to make a creative leap but fear is holding me back. What am I not seeing?”

Try reframing these

  • Instead of “Should I leave my job?” → describe the crossroads and what each path means to you.
  • Instead of “Will I be rich?” → ask what you need to understand about your relationship with security.
  • Instead of “Does she love me?” → ask what pattern you’re in and what it’s asking of you.

Not for

  • Gambling or speculation
  • Harming yourself or others
  • Medical or legal advice
This system speaks to the energy patterns around you — typically up to the next 3 months. It’s not a lifelong sentence, but a snapshot of what’s unfolding now.
