Small Accumulation. The yielding obtains its place, and those above and below respond to it.
小畜，柔得位而上下應之。
Six Lines · 六爻
Returning to the path. What blame? Fortune.
復自道，何其咎？吉。
Returning to the proper path — that is auspicious.
复自道，其義吉也。
Drawn back together. Fortune.
牽復，吉。
Pulled back to the center — no loss of self.
牽复在中，亦不自失也。
The spokes come out of the wheels. Husband and wife turn against each other.
輿說輻，夫妻反目。
Husband and wife quarrel — they cannot keep the household in order.
夫妻反目，不能正室也。
Sincerity. Bloodshed and fear recede. No blame.
有孚，血去惕出，无咎。
Sincerity and caution emerge — aligning with the will of those above.
有孚惕出，上合志也。
Sincerity that binds. Enriching through neighbors.
有孚攣如，富以其鄰。
Sincerity bound together — not seeking wealth alone.
有孚攣如，不獨富也。
The rain has fallen and stopped. Virtue carries the load. For the woman, persistence is dangerous. The moon nearly full. The superior person marching brings misfortune.
既雨既處，尚德載。婦貞厲。月幾望，君子征凶。
After rain, after settling — virtue accumulates and carries. The wise person's advance brings danger — there is reason for doubt.
既雨既處，德積載也。君子征凶，有所疑也。
